How to Change your Log-In password
Fact:
Your login password is automatically changed each month because it's a routine security check of the system to safeguard your UPS accounts . It's also a regulation from the BSP or Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Procedure:
1. Go to https://www.upsexpress.com.ph/power
2. Scroll down the page and click on "ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT"
3. You will be directed to the Online Support System. Click on "Create a Ticket"
4. On the Create a ticket page, Type in all the correct info required onto the input fields.
In the Category tab, choose CUSTOMER SUPPORT and in the priority tab, choose HIGH.
Make sure to indicate first on your message the words, LOG IN PASSWORD RESET.
Then include on the message:
a. Reg Code
b. Full Name
c. Email linked with the account.
d. Mobile Number linked with account.
e. Name and Reg Code of your sponsor.
f. Attach a copy of your 2 Valid IDs
g. Click on SUBMIT TICKET
5. You will be directed to the TICKET SUBMITTED page and there you will find your reference ID number. A copy of your reference ID number will be submitted to your email.Do not forget your reference number because it will be used to track the progress of your request .
6. After doing this, return to the ONLINE SUPPORT SYSTEM page and click on "View Existing Ticket".
7. You will be directed to the View Reference Tab. On the Reference ID field type in your Reference ID number.
If you have forgotten your reference ID number, you try to find in your email or click on "Forgot Reference ID".
To submit, click View Reference.
8. Here you can see the status of your ticket and when it was made . Look below and you will find your first message . Wait a few minutes until a representative will answer your inquiry . Sometimes it takes 15 to 20 minutes to resolve your request . and when fixed, you will find the word "RESOLVED" on the Ticket Status.
9. Once resolved, you can now go to your email and look for this message.
10. Open it to get your TEMPORARY PASSWORD. Copy it.
11. Go back to https://www.upsexpress.com.ph/power
Click on Log in, Input your username on the required field and paste your temporary password onto the password field. Answer the security code and click on sign in.
12. After doing this, you will be directed to the Change Password field on your webtool. Input your new desired password and click on submit. And . . .
Congratulations! You have your new password!
